No, We do not accept return.
Can I cancel or exchange a product?
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges on any of the products once they are shipped out.
However, if you have just placed an order and realized you took the wrong item or would like to cancel an item, please contact us right away at request(at)cioss.ch, so we can help you adjusting the order if it’s still in the warehouse.
I received a damaged or wrong item, what do I do?
Oh no! We’re so sorry about this situation! Please send us an e-mail with the picture of the wrong or damaged item by e-mail at request(at)cioss.ch. We will help you from there!
